Candidates can apply in person or by Post
Documents Required for Admission from students
Students from within Karnataka
- Original Transfer certificate (T.C) and two photocopies
- Marks card
- Caste certificate (only for SC & ST)
- 4 passport size photographs and 2 stamp size photographs.
- Two Aadhar card photocopies.
- Xerox copy of front page of bank pass book with account number, branch And IFSC code details.
For candidates from outside Karnataka
- Migration certificate from the institution studied earlier
- Original Transfer certificate (T.C) and two photocopies.
- Marks card
- 4 passport size photographs and 2 stamp size photographs.
- Two Aadhar card photocopies.
- Xerox copy of front page of bank pass book with account number, branch And IFSC code details.
- c. From foreign students (Candidates can apply through online – email (sdmpuc@sdmcujire.in))
- Valid passport, Clearance from Ministry of Foreign affairs, Marks card, Study Certificate.
