How to apply

Candidates can apply in person or by Post

Documents Required for Admission from students

Students from within Karnataka

  • Original Transfer certificate (T.C) and two photocopies
  • Marks card
  • Caste certificate (only for SC & ST)
  • 4 passport size photographs and 2 stamp size photographs.
  • Two Aadhar card photocopies.
  • Xerox copy of front page of bank pass book with account number, branch And IFSC code details.
 

For candidates from outside Karnataka

  • Migration certificate from the institution studied earlier
  • Original Transfer certificate (T.C) and two photocopies.
  • Marks card
  • 4 passport size photographs and 2 stamp size photographs.
  • Two Aadhar card photocopies.
  • Xerox copy of front page of bank pass book with account number, branch And IFSC code details.
  • c. From foreign students (Candidates can apply through online – email (sdmpuc@sdmcujire.in))
  • Valid passport, Clearance from Ministry of Foreign affairs, Marks card, Study Certificate.
